All print orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. All canvas and frame orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days.
All orders will only be shipped on weekdays. Please expect a delay of up to a week during surges of high order volumes or if items are being manufactured by custom requests. Should there be any unforeseen delays, Jasper & Jute will communicate this to you in an appropriate time frame.

On all framing, you’ll have the option to add a window mount. A window mount simply refers to the ‘border’ between the glass and the artwork.
