Shipping policy

All print orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. All canvas and frame orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days. All original orders will be dispatched within 7-14 working days.

All orders will only be shipped on weekdays. Please expect a delay of up to a week during surges of high order volumes or if items are being manufactured by custom requests. Should there be any unforeseen delays, Jasper & Jute will communicate this to you in an appropriate time frame.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Jasper & Jute does not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes and APO addresses, unless specifically arranged and quoted for.
