INTRODUCING

Cassie Zamparini

Cassie is a Cape Town–based artist, illustrator, and designer who uses colour to explore how we see and feel the world. Growing up in Limpopo’s bushveld shaped her sensitivity to colour, texture, and light, and she began art classes at six.

She studied Information Design at the University of Pretoria and co-founded Fixate, a digital design studio focused on human-centred experiences. Returning to studio art reignited her personal practice, and sharing her work online gave her the confidence to continue exploring.

Her work sits between structure and spontaneity, where the designer meets the artist. She embraces visible marks and imperfections, allowing each piece to evolve naturally and reflect the process behind it.
