This was my first time placing an order with Jasper & Jute. Even though my order seemed to be cursed from the start (courier company had damaged the frames not once, but twice!) Kara promptly replied to my emails and made sure that they were delivered safely to me in the end. It took quite a bit longer to eventually hang the prints in my home, but this was one of the most pleasant customer service experiences I have ever had.
