All pieces are custom and made to order. Therefore we offer no exchanges or returns and all items are non-refundable.

Orders that are placed incorrectly or mistakenly and are manufactured are not refundable or exchangeable.Jasper & Jute is not liable for items delivered that were not intended to be ordered.

J&J prints on a premium PM230 Tecco Matt paper. This matt-coated paper is able to absorb extremely large amounts of ink giving vibrant, vivid colour and a very high quality appearance. It is reliable and long-lasting, even under extreme conditions and resilient against warping and buckling.

We print our canvas on a premium canvas fabric and stretch it onto a 25mm wooden frame. Please note all canvases are mounted unless otherwise specified.

Our frames are produced from the very best quality imported wood mouldings. Each frame is custom cut, and includes the glass, specialised backing and the hardware required to hang your art.

THIN FRAME MOULDING

With a clean, chic profile, our frames are thin face-on (20mm) and deep on the sides (30mm). This slim look places more emphasis on your art.

On all framing, you’ll have the option to add a window mount. A window mount simply refers to the ‘border’ between the glass and the artwork.

It’s a high quality piece of bevelled canvas that sits on top of and borders the print, adding additional depth to the finished, framed piece.
We can also float artworks on request.
